Petra M. Udelhofen Memorial Fund

A reminder:

Honour the memory of our former colleague Petra M. Udelhofen, by donating to the Petra M. Udelhofen Memorial Scholarship fund. The fund has been established by the Marine Sciences Center of SUNY to pay tribute to Petra's research accomplishments in atmospheric science, her support of the atmospheric sciences community through her work on the SPARC Data Center, and her being such a joyous colleague.
The goal is to establish a perpetual scholarship award with an initial endowment fund of $10,000. Efforts will be made to expand the funding base in the future by inviting Petra's friends, colleagues and family members to honour her memory by participating in this special tribute.

The Petra M. Udelhofen Scholarship Award will be given to a student who will be entering his/her senior year of study. The first award of $500 will be given in the Spring of 2003.
