Lisa Neef: former grad student
		i made this page when I was a phd student in the physics department at the university of toronto . but I graduated! So now I am a post-doc at KNMI in the Netherlands.
			my thesis supervisors were Ted Shepherd and Saroja Polavarapu. My thesis title was "Balance and Gravity Waves in Four-Dimensional Data Assimilation", and if you want to read it (only recommended for those who really love the Kalman Filter; you know who you are.), you can do so here. (it's probably best to stay away from chapter 6... it's not a good scene.)
