Plans for the near future

Use IUK to estimate uniform shifts at the times identifiedin this analysis while re-estimating trends. This should eliminate most of remaining spurious errors, and make possible

horizontal maps of trend near tropopause.

Extend analysis to global domain (esp. poles).
