Payment Procedure: Group participants will book their own reservations and pay their own accommodation charges. Payment can be made by all major credit cards or by cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours cancellation notice required. Reservations not cancelled will incur one night's accommodation charge.

Parking: Underground parking for cars and mini-vans is available at a cost of $15.50 per day (taxes included), rate subject to change.

To make a reservation, you have to download a form from the New College summer accommodation web site
and follow the instructions there. Use Group Name "TCCON/IRWG Meeting" in the "Where did you hear about us?" field of the form. If there are any questions, you can either e-mail or telephone.
Room rates are $45 for non-students and $43 for students for single rooms. Weekly rates are also available.
