Purple Nurple*



Yesterday I decided to combat the winter blues by coloring my hair purple. It's a temporary color, and it was a pain in the ass to do it (I think I got magenta mousse on everything in my bathroom), but I think it looks hella tight. Right in time for the fundraiser tonight, where I will pretend to be a hipster and cool and stuff.



In other news, my cat lit his butt on fire this morning. No kidding -- I thought I could leave him and my candles unsupervised for 30 seconds, but I was wrong. He stuck his fuzzy butt right in the flame and then just walked off like it werent nothin, and when I freaked out and patted the fire out, he gave me this look like, "woman, what is your damage?" and then went off to pout and to poop. Sigh...insolent little guy!

Note lack of knitting content in this blog. This is because I am on my way to becoming the best Thermal Physics TA ever. hardy har.

*this is actually an expression for a little fightin' move my two brothers like to use on each other, also known as the tittie twister.
