The meeting will take place at NOAA (325 Broadway; Boulder, CO 80305-3328).

Registration with security: on MONDAY between 8:00-8:45 AM. Please be prompt. If you are not a US citizen, please bring you passport; for US citizens, the
requirement is a US photo ID.

Please let the SPARC IPO know if you need transportation from the Boulder Marriott to the meeting site. We are in the process of organizing vans for transportation to and from the hotel and we need to know how many people need transportation.
Those who have requested transportation from the Marriott hotel to NOAA, please note that there will be two pick-ups on Monday: at 7:45 AM and at 8:00 AM from the main entrance of the hotel. Please be prompt.

Please note that there will be a $50 USD registration fee to cover meeting cost expenses for everyone who attend the meeting for more than 1 day.
This will be collected during the meeting and receipts will be issued.

The social dinner will take place in the historic Stanley Hotel in Estes park, a town near Boulder at the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Our gathering will be in a room with a beautiful view of the rockies.
Please note that we need to collect $45 USD to cover dinner/drinks/ transportation. This will be collected during the meeting and receipts will be issued.
Please inform the SPARC IPO as soon as possible if you are NOT planning to participate. We have to pay some of this ahead of time and a good headcount is necessary.

Cell phones do not work well in the NOAA building. However, we can provide you access to telephones to make local, long distance, and international calls. Also, copying, printing, and fax facilities are available throughout the meeting.
