Participants must book their accomodations directly with the Banff Centre. The daily rates listed below includes all meals, taxes, and gratuities.  

Single room rate: $203

Double room rate: $139 (per participant)

If you are reserving a double room, you need to indicate the name of the person who will share the room with you when you make your reservation. Please contact us if you require any assistance with finding a room mate.

(Please note that the rates listed on the Banff Centre will be $184.25 for a single room, and $126.75 for a double room, which does NOT include taxes. However, you will be charged according to the total room rates listed above.)

 

Some participants may experience problems with booking their accomodations online. In this case, please call Hotel Reservations 1-800-884-7574 (North America) or 1-403-762-6308 to book your accommodations by phone.

There may be a small meeting fee to help cover any additional costs.

The deadline for booking rooms is June 1, 2005.

Please note that there is an ENTRANCE FEE to enter the Banff National Park where the Banff Centre is. To find out more information about fees, please visit: http://www.pc.gc.ca/apps/tarifs-fees/tarif-fee_E.asp?Park=1. The entrance fee is the responsibility of each individual entering the Banff National Park. This policy is set by Parks Canada and The Banff Centre will not reimburse this fee.
