The workshop is being held under the auspices of the University of Toronto and WCRP's (World Climate Research Programme) SPARC (Stratospheric Processes and their Role in Climate). Please note that the Spring AGU is held in Toronto this year during the previous week, May 24-27, 2009; and that the AMS Joint Conference on the Middle Atmosphere and Atmospheric & Oceanic Fluid Dynamics is held the following week, June 8-12, in Stowe, Vermont.
