Dear IRWG and TCCON colleagues,
The 2015 Joint NDACC-IRWG/TCCON Meeting will be held at Hart House
on the campus of the University of Toronto, Canada from June 8-12,
2015. The website for the meeting is now live at:

This year, the TCCON portion of the meeting will be held first:
June 8 (Monday): TCCON meeting
June 9 (Tuesday): TCCON meeting
June 10 (Wednesday): Joint NDACC-IRWG & TCCON meeting
June 11 (Thursday): NDACC-IRWG meeting
June 12 (Friday): NDACC-IRWG meeting
We have arranged a block booking of room at the nearby Holiday Inn,
and there is also a cheaper option of staying at a college
residence. Details of how to book are on the website. Toronto is
hosting the PanAm Games in July - this may affect availability of
hotel rooms as summer approaches.
Here is the checklist - follow the Registration and Presentation Submission
links to access two simple online forms. To minimize the number of dates
you need to remember, we've used April 22 as a single deadline, as that is
the date that our hotel block booking expires.
- Register by April 22 - we will use these numbers to determine
the attendance fee
- Book accommodation (by April 22 for Holiday Inn; by April 15
for New College)
- Submit presentation title by April 22
- Pay attendance fee (later) - this will be announced and a link
set up after the registration deadline
